Lion Laboratories Ltd
Lion operates from its own purpose built premises in Barry,
South Wales, United Kingdom, and is specialised in the field
of breath alcohol analysis. We supply much of the equipment
used by the UK Police, and export to some seventy countries
worldwide through a network of local distributors.
Today, with its US sister company CMI, Lion is the largest
company in breath alcohol testing, and is generally regarded
as a market leader. We are a fully vertically integrated company;
carrying out all our own research, engineering product development,
manufacturing, marketing and sales.
Lion currently employs 78 people at its Barry Site – including
three PhD’s – plus others with a range of relevant technical
and business qualifications.
